Expandable house
A folded module that opens to almost double its transport width on site.
Steel frame, sandwich panel envelope
Accommodation and commercial space for international projects — built as transportable modules and assembled on site.

Each scenario changes the envelope, the services package and the finish level, not the module logic.
01Camp units are specified around occupancy, shift patterns and climate. Sleeping blocks, ablution modules, mess halls and site offices share one structural system so the camp can be extended or relocated between phases.
02Hospitality units are finished to a guest-facing standard: bathroom pods, joinery, lighting scenes and exterior cladding are completed in the factory. The module lands on a prepared pad and connects to site services, keeping heavy works away from the guest area.
03For permanent use the module is upgraded: heavier steel or timber framing, full residential insulation, conventional plumbing and electrical layouts, and finishes selected with the owner. Units can be combined into two-storey or L-shaped houses with site-built connections.
04Commercial units combine a service counter, back-of-house storage and a customer-facing facade in one container envelope. Unmanned retail configurations add access control, self-checkout hardware and remote monitoring provisions.
The same structural system, configured for accommodation, hospitality, permanent living or retail.
