Modular building system
Accommodation, hospitality, residential and commercial modules with project-specific envelope and finishes.
A modular building manufacturer delivering housing units and container data centers from the same production system.

LEGEND Buildtech works with a single module logic: a steel or timber frame, a controlled envelope, integrated services and a documented interface at each end of the unit. That logic is used for accommodation blocks and for compute cabins alike.
For housing projects the team supports the layout, the finish level and the transport plan. For data center projects the same team coordinates power, cooling and monitoring interfaces, then commissions the cabin array as one scope.
Units are shipped from the production base and supported with loading plans, inspection records and remote assembly guidance. Project-specific documentation is issued when the configuration is fixed.
